This will be the third year we have had the pleasure of employing Cottage Maintenance to care for and improve our Rankin Island Muskoka property. A reliable, pleasant and experienced crew that I depend on annually to make my summers more enjoyable and relaxing.

From the opening cottage clean-up, dock repair, garbage removal, bottled water delivery, dump runs, painting and problem solving, they have never let us down once. They are completely dependable, always on schedule, polite, helpful and most importantly utterly efficient. When our pathways were being continually washed away due to the professionally done grading, they devised a method of drainage that solved the problem completely. Prior to that we had to replace them annually, at a tremendous cost. Island properties present all kinds of unique logistical challenges that the crew from Cottage Maintenance have always been able to resolve. They have consistently met every challenge presented to them, completed all work on time, and delivered highly professional results.
